Overview
DEFY's knee wraps are 72 inch cotton wraps with a hook and loop closure, made for squats, powerlifting and general gym support rather than everyday knee sleeves.
These are wraps you bind around the knee before a lift, not slip-on sleeves. The extra length lets you control tightness and coverage, and the elastic cotton weave is meant to hold its shape across repeated sessions rather than stretch out.
- 72 inch cotton wrap length
- Reinforced stitching and heavy elastic
- Hook and loop closure system
- Doubles as a knee band, sleeve or brace style wrap
Who it's for
Suited to lifters who squat, power clean or do heavy leg work and want adjustable knee support during a lift. Not aimed at people wanting a compression sleeve for daily wear or light activity.
Pros and cons
- Extra length allows a custom, snug fit
- Hook and loop closure keeps wraps from slipping mid-lift
- Reported to add measurable weight to squats for some lifters
- Gains varied, one reviewer added 25-30 lbs and expected more
- Wrapping takes practice compared to a slip-on sleeve
Performance notes
The 72 inch length and hook and loop closure let you set both tightness and how much of the knee is covered, which is the main advantage wraps have over fixed sleeves.
