Cap Barbell Full Cage Power Rack 6 ft

Overview

The Cap Barbell Full Cage Power Rack is a 6 foot power cage measuring 43 by 47 by 72 inches, finished in white as part of Cap's Color Series. It is built for squats, bench presses and pull-ups within a fully enclosed steel cage frame.

At 72 inches tall with a 43 by 47 inch footprint, this is a full size home gym cage rather than a half rack, needing dedicated floor space and matching ceiling clearance. The Color Series branding points to a cosmetic finish option, white in this listing, on Cap's established power cage platform.

Who it's for

Home gym owners with enough floor space and ceiling height for a 6 foot cage who want an enclosed rack for squats, bench and pull-ups. Not a fit for tight spaces where a half rack or wall mounted setup would work better.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The full cage design encloses the lifter on four posts rather than two, which is what gives power racks like this more stability under heavy squats and bench presses than a half rack of the same height.
