Overview
A neoprene sweat vest built as a sauna-style training top, with a front zipper and open-chest cut, sized from XS through 5XL.
The material blend is 80 percent neoprene and 20 percent nylon, which is what raises skin temperature during a workout rather than any active heating element. Amazon markets it as reversible, since the listing notes both sides of the garment are wearable.
- 80% neoprene, 20% nylon construction
- Sizes XS through 5XL
- Front zipper with anti-slip button
- Reversible design
Who it's for
Fits people who want extra sweat during exercise sessions or wish to layer it under clothing for added warmth in cold weather. Less suited to anyone expecting fat loss from wearing it, since increased sweating during a workout is water weight, not fat.
Pros and cons
- Wide size range from XS to 5XL
- Reversible, wearable on both sides
- Zipper has an anti-slip lock
- Increased sweating reflects water loss, not fat loss
Performance notes
The neoprene traps body heat against the skin, which raises perspiration during exercise, while the side zipper with an anti-slip button is designed to keep the zipper from working loose mid-workout.
