Overview
Utheer's 7635 Flavorizer Bars are a grill replacement part sized 15.3 x 3.5 x 2.5 inches per bar, sold as a 4 lb set that matches the common Weber 7635 part number.
Flavorizer bars sit above the burner tubes and below the cooking grates, catching drippings so they vaporize into smoke instead of flaring up or dripping straight onto the burner. Replacing worn or rusted-through bars protects the burner tubes underneath and can restore more even heat across the cook surface.

Who it's for
Fits owners of grills that use the 7635-sized flavorizer bar, typically certain Weber Genesis and Spirit models, who are replacing rusted or warped originals. Not useful for anyone whose grill uses a different bar size or a lava rock or ceramic briquette system instead.
Pros and cons
- Matches the common 7635 replacement size
- Protects burner tubes from grease drip
- Sold as a set at 4 lb total
- Fit is model-specific and needs confirming before purchase
- No material spec listed (stainless vs porcelain-coated)
Performance notes
As a heat plate, the bars shield the burner tubes from direct grease drip, the main way flavorizer bars fail over time, so fit and material thickness matter more than any other spec here.
