Overview
Living room rugs and bedroom carpet are the territory for the Eyliden sweeper, a push-powered head with nylon bristles that sweep crumbs and grit into a trash box. No plug or battery is involved, and the box empties with one touch.
Silence and speed make the case: grab it, push across the rug after dinner and empty the box, with no cord, charging or noise. Its narrow head suits spot cleaning, not a whole-house clean, and pet hair worked deep into fibers needs a vacuum.
Who it's for
Apartments and homes with area rugs, dining room carpet or an office runner get quick, silent cleanups. Homes with mostly bare floors, or anyone wanting a deep clean of thick carpet, need a vacuum.
Pros and cons
- No cord, battery or charging
- Silent, usable while others sleep
- Light to carry between rooms
- One-touch trash box emptying
- Carpet and rugs only
- Narrow head means more passes
- Trash box capacity not listed
- Color conflict: title mint, specs black
Performance notes
Debris collection depends on the bristles meeting the carpet fibers firmly, so short and medium pile sweep cleanest while deep shag can lift the head off the fibers. Short, brisk strokes flick debris into the box better than slow pushes, and emptying it often stops crumbs falling back out.
