Overview
Hospital corridors, restaurant floors and retail stockrooms are where this Skechers work shoe earns its place. A slip resistant outsole grips wet and oily floors, and stretch bungee laces let it slide on without tying.
Slip resistance plus electrical hazard protection in a sneaker style shoe covers the main safety asks of many service jobs. There is no toe cap listed, and the mesh upper is water resistant rather than waterproof.
Who it's for
Women on their feet in healthcare, food service or retail get grip, electrical hazard protection and a roomy fit. Anyone needing impact protection for the toes should look at a safety toe work shoe.
Pros and cons
- Rated slip resistant outsole
- Electrical hazard protection
- Memory foam insole
- Roomy relaxed fit
- No toe protection described
- Mesh upper not waterproof
- Weight not listed
Performance notes
Traction comes from the slip resistant outsole, which is rated for wet, dry and oily surfaces. Memory foam softens pressure on hard floors over long shifts. The relaxed fit gives toes room to spread, which helps comfort but can loosen heel hold.
