Overview
Micro cutting blades turn each page into thousands of tiny particles in the Aurora shredder, reaching a high security level. An auto reverse clears jams, and a long run time handles extended sessions.
Security is the reason to choose it, with particles small enough for tax records and bank statements. The sheet limit means big archive clearouts take many passes.
Who it's for
Suited to households and small offices where privacy matters more than speed. Large paper purges need a higher capacity unit.
Pros and cons
- High P-5 security level
- Long continuous run time
- Auto reverse clears jams
- Handles cards and paper clips
- Ten sheet limit
- Heavy to move
- No CD shredding listed
Performance notes
Security level comes from the cutter geometry, which slices pages both ways into tiny particles. Run time limits how long it can shred before cooling. Auto reverse backs paper out when a jam starts.
