Overview
Not only a floor mop, the steamer also converts into a handheld steam cleaner with a hose and nozzle tools. Water in the tank heats to steam that flows through the swivel head for hardwood, tile and laminate, or through the brushes and nozzle for grout, windows and garments.
Covering floors, grout and garments with one steamer saves storing separate tools. Mop pads are not named among the included parts and the cord length is not stated, so check those details before relying on it as a daily floor cleaner.
Who it's for
Households with hard floors plus grout, windows and clothes to refresh can run everything from one steamer. People with wall to wall carpet should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Converts to a handheld steamer
- Brass and nylon brushes for grout
- Carpet glider for refreshing carpet
- Swivel head reaches around furniture
- Mop pads not listed in the box
- Listed heat time is long
- Carpet use limited to the glider
Performance notes
Cleaning power comes from steam temperature and dwell time: holding the head over a spot lets heat loosen grime before it is wiped away. Steam control adjusts output for sealed floors versus tougher grout, and the ready indicator signals when the water has turned to steam. Tank size sets how long a session runs before refilling.
