Overview
A chevron tread of V-shaped bars bites for traction while a wide footprint spreads weight to limit turf compaction. Deestone builds this tire with nylon plies that resist cuts and punctures on rough lawns.
Lawn-friendly traction with a tough nylon carcass suits mowers on uneven yards. Some listing data, like tread depth, is obviously off, so confirm fitment by tire size.
Who it's for
Riding mowers and compact tractors on grass suit the turf tread. Road trailers and high-speed equipment need different tires.
Pros and cons
- Chevron tread for traction
- Wide footprint limits turf damage
- Nylon plies resist cuts
- High load capacity
- Single tire, no wheel
- Some spec data is wrong
- Low speed class only
- Warranty listed as none
Performance notes
V-shaped tread bars self-clean as the tire turns and dig in on slopes, improving grip without deep lugs. A wide, flat footprint spreads the machine's weight so grass is pressed rather than torn. Nylon plies stiffen the carcass against punctures from sticks and debris.
