Overview
A cast iron adjustable kettlebell that scales from 20 to 40 lbs using a lock-and-slide plate system, sold as a space-saving alternative to a full rack of fixed kettlebells. Built with a flat base for upright storage between sets.
One reviewer flagged a real trade-off with that design, the exposed plate edges left when fewer plates are loaded can nick or bruise skin during rack-position moves, something solid kettlebells don't have.
- 20-40 lb adjustable range
- 6 cast iron plate settings
- Flat base for upright storage
- Lock-and-slide plate mechanism
Pros and cons
- Weight changes take seconds via lock-and-slide plates
- Numbered plates make correct reassembly easy
- Flat base allows upright storage
- Exposed plate edges can catch skin at partial loads
- Only covers a 20-40 lb range
Performance notes
The flat base lets the bell stand upright for storage and for exercises like renegade rows that need a stable platform, though that same plate-based build means the surface isn't as smooth and continuous as a single-cast kettlebell.
