AMYSPORTS QS-US-ZH+B Ball Bearing Snap Swivels

Overview

A pack of size 0 fishing swivels rated to 18.3 lb, sold 25 pieces per pack. Swivels like this connect line to leader or terminal tackle while cutting down on line twist.

Swivel size numbering does not always match rated strength directly, so it is worth checking the stated 18.3 lb rating against your line class rather than the size number alone. At this rating, the swivels suit light to medium freshwater rigs more than heavy saltwater trolling setups.

• Size 0 swivels, 18.3 lb rating
• 25 pieces per pack
• Suited to light freshwater rigging

Who it's for

Works for anglers rigging light to medium freshwater tackle who want a bulk pack of small swivels on hand. Not rated for heavy saltwater trolling or big game rigs needing higher breaking strength hardware.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

A swivel's job is to let the line and leader rotate independently so retrieves and fighting fish do not twist the main line, which matters most with lures or bait that spin. At an 18.3 lb rating, these hold up to the strain of light rigs but are not intended for loads beyond that rating.
