Overview
Not a dual fuel model, the Bosch industrial style range runs on gas for both the cooktop and the oven, with sealed burners across a wide stainless top. Knob and push-button controls run it, and the listing names a lower drawer.
Burner count on a wide cooktop is the reason to consider the Bosch, letting stock pots and skillets run side by side. Oven capacity figures conflict between title and specs, and only a single rack is listed, which limits batch baking.
Who it's for
Wide kitchen openings and cooks who want an industrial style gas range suit the Bosch. Households wanting electric baking or a footprint they can verify from this listing should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Wide cooktop with many sealed burners
- Industrial style stainless design
- Knob and push-button controls
- Drawer listed for baking and storage
- Dimensions and warranty not listed
- Oven capacity differs between title and specs
- Single oven rack listed
- Heavy unit to deliver and place
Performance notes
Flame output on each sealed burner depends on the gas supply and the knob setting, and the burner ratings are not given. Sealed burners hold spills on the cooktop surface. The oven runs on gas heat, so rack position and preheating govern how evenly it bakes.
