Overview
A belt-driven turntable with a cueing lever is the centerpiece of the Crosley Musician, joined in one wood cabinet by a CD player, a cassette deck and an AM/FM radio. Bluetooth streams phone music to the built-in stereo speakers, and a headphone jack allows private listening.
Every legacy format in one cabinet makes it an easy gift for collectors of old media. Bluetooth receives from a phone but does not send records to wireless speakers.
Who it's for
Collectors of old media and gift buyers get every format in one retro cabinet. Audiophiles should build a system around a dedicated turntable.
Pros and cons
- Plays 78 RPM records
- CD, cassette and radio built in
- Bluetooth from phones
- Retro wood cabinet
- Bluetooth input only
- Built-in speakers limit sound
- Cartridge details not listed
Performance notes
A belt drive turns the platter, and the cueing lever lowers the arm gently onto the record. All sources play through the cabinet's built-in speakers, so sound quality is set by those drivers. The aux input adds another external source.
