Overview
A 9-inch magnetic torpedo level from Craftsman, model CMHT43191, sized for a tool pouch and built to hold to steel and other magnetic surfaces while both hands are busy.
The listing itself is short on specifics beyond size, magnetic base and country of manufacture, so buyers leaning on vial count, accuracy rating or body material should confirm those on the product page before ordering. What is confirmed is the compact 9-inch length and the Craftsman name, which on a torpedo level usually means pocket-sized use around the house rather than long, precise runs.
- 9-inch length
- Magnetic base
- Craftsman brand, model CMHT43191
- Made in Thailand
Who it's for
Fits anyone who wants a small, magnetic level for quick checks around the house or garage and already trusts the Craftsman name, not buyers who need documented accuracy specs before purchase.
Pros and cons
- Compact 9-inch size fits in a pouch or toolbox
- Magnetic base for hands-free use on steel
- Familiar Craftsman brand
- Listing does not state vial count, angles or accuracy rating
Performance notes
Being magnetic, it should hold to steel studs, appliances and other ferrous surfaces so it can be checked hands-free, though the listing does not state the magnet's holding strength.
