Overview
A 3-9x40mm rifle scope with a Ballistic Plex reticle, built waterproof and fogproof for hunting use. Integrated eyepiece design and precision-ground lenses aim to keep the scope simple to adjust in the field.
The Ballistic Plex reticle is a fixed trajectory-compensating design rather than a dial-in turret system, so windage and elevation holdover is built into the reticle itself.
- 3-9x40mm variable magnification
- Ballistic Plex trajectory-compensating reticle
- Waterproof and fogproof housing
- Burris Forever warranty coverage
Who it's for
Hunters who want clear glass and a straightforward reticle without paying for a premium optic, including first-time scope buyers. Less suited to shooters who want adjustable turrets for precision long-range dialing.
Pros and cons
- Zeros quickly, in a few rounds
- Waterproof and fogproof construction
- Backed by Burris lifetime warranty
- Fixed reticle rather than adjustable turrets
Performance notes
The Ballistic Plex reticle uses cascading windage and elevation dots rather than turret dialing, giving holdover reference out to 500 yards per Burris.
