Overview

Freeze-dried chicken breast dog treats with one listed ingredient: chicken. Made in the USA, sold in an 8.6oz bag, and positioned for training or reward use.

PureBites keeps the ingredient list to a single item, which matters for dogs on a restricted diet or with food sensitivities. The freeze-drying process is what lets the chicken chunk stay shelf stable without added preservatives.

1-ingredient chicken breast
Freeze-dried, made in USA
8.6oz bag
Grain-free, high protein

Who it's for

Owners looking for a simple, single-protein training treat, including for dogs managing food allergies. Less suited to owners wanting a cheap, high-volume treat for constant snacking.

Pros and cons

Pros

Single ingredient, just chicken breast
Made and sourced in the USA
High protein, suited to training or restricted diets

Cons

Costs more per ounce than typical biscuit treats
Not a meal replacement, treat only

Performance notes

Freeze-drying preserves the chicken in raw form without cooking it down, which is how the product delivers a high-protein, low-calorie treat from a single ingredient. It is grain-free by nature of having no added fillers.
