Overview
Busy family bathrooms and shared homes are where these extra-long rolls pay off, since fewer changes are needed. Charmin gives the Ultra Strong paper a diamond weave inspired by a washcloth, in an unscented two-ply sheet.
Strength is the reason to buy Ultra Strong: the woven texture holds together when wet and scrubs rather than smears. Large rolls mean fewer refills. Septic guidance and roll width are not in the listing.
Who it's for
Homes with kids or several people sharing a bathroom will go through fewer roll changes. Those who prize a cushiony, quilted feel over strength should look for a softer paper.
Pros and cons
- Very long-lasting rolls
- Strong when wet
- Washcloth-style diamond weave
- Roll width not listed
- Large rolls may not fit every holder
- Texture favors strength over plushness
Performance notes
The diamond weave adds texture that grips and lifts during wiping, and two plies resist tearing when damp. Sheet count per roll governs how long each roll lasts between changes.
