A sensible bulk buy for a home on a septic system that wants long rolls and fewer store runs. The sheet is single ply, so anyone set on a two-layer feel should look elsewhere.

Overview
A single thick ply is the working part of this Scott ComfortPlus roll, built to feel fuller than a thin one-ply sheet. The bulk case holds many mega rolls, and the paper is labeled safe for both sewer and septic systems.
Scott pairs a high sheet count per roll with a clear septic and sewer label, which matters for rural homes. Sustainable sourcing from managed forests is stated. The single ply is the limit: it will not feel like a two-layer sheet, and the bulk case needs storage room.
Who it's for
Households with a septic system and the closet space for a large case get long-lasting rolls and fewer restocks. Small apartments with little storage, or people who prefer a layered sheet, should choose a smaller pack.
Pros and cons
- Labeled septic-safe and sewer-safe
- High sheet count on each roll
- Sourced from responsibly managed forests
- Bulk case means fewer restocks
- Single ply sheet only
- Large case needs storage space
- Sheet size not listed
Performance notes
A single ply breaks down more readily in water, which suits septic tanks and older plumbing. Comfort relies on the thickness of that one layer rather than stacked layers, so it feels lighter in the hand than a two-ply roll.
