Overview
Simple Modern's kids version of the Summit bottle holds 14oz of insulated stainless steel with a straw lid, in a Disney Princess Rainbows print sized for toddlers and school-age kids ages 2 and up.
This is the kids' scale-down of the same straw-lid platform used across Simple Modern's adult bottles, at 14oz and dressed in a licensed print rather than a distinct design. The leak proof claim applies with the nozzle closed, same as the adult line, so a child needs to know to close it before the bottle goes in a bag.
- 14oz capacity
- Disney Princess Rainbows print
- Double wall vacuum insulated stainless steel
- Recommended for ages 2 and up
Who it's for
Made for parents buying a school or daycare water bottle for a toddler or young child, especially fans of Disney Princess characters. Not sized for older kids or adults wanting a larger daily bottle.
Pros and cons
- 14oz size fits smaller hands and backpacks
- Leak proof straw lid when closed
- Vacuum insulated stainless steel keeps drinks cold
- BPA, lead, and phthalate free interior
- Not for hot or carbonated drinks
- 14oz may be small for a full school day for older kids
Performance notes
The straw lid seals only when pushed to the closed position, the same mechanism as the brand's adult bottles, so leak protection depends on a child or parent remembering to close it before packing it away.
