Overview
A compression style sauna shirt for women that traps body heat across the torso, waist, shoulders and back during workouts. Grips close to the skin to raise sweat output versus a regular gym shirt, and the brand recommends sizing up for the intended fit.
This is a fitted layer, not a loose gym tee, so the fit call matters more than usual: too small restricts movement, too big loses the heat-trapping effect the design relies on. Kewlioo positions it for HIIT, general training or even errands where a tighter base layer is wanted.
- Compression style sauna shirt for women
- Targets abdomen, waist, shoulders and back
- Snug fit, size up recommended
- Free returns and exchanges
Who it's for
Suits people who want an extra sweat layer under regular workout clothes and are comfortable sizing up for a snug rather than compression-tight fit. Not for anyone who overheats easily or has a medical reason to avoid heat retention during exercise.
Pros and cons
- Covers waist, back and shoulders for heat retention
- Free returns if the sizing is wrong
- Snug fit requires sizing up
Performance notes
The shirt works by trapping body heat against the torso with a snug, full coverage cut rather than any heating element, so its effect depends on wearing it during actual physical activity and sizing up as the brand suggests.
