A fair budget fire pit for small patio fires if you go in expecting a compact bowl, and it is worth drilling a drain hole in the base on delivery.

Overview
Wood fires up to 22 inches across sit inside this carbon steel bowl on a four-leg base, with a lift-off spark screen catching embers. It reads bigger in photos than the bowl actually is.
The spark screen and thick steel remain the strong points.
- 22 inch bowl diameter
- Lift-off mesh spark screen
- 600 degree rated high-temp steel paint
- Four-leg stable base, no cooking grate included
Who it's for
Fits a patio or small backyard where a modest, contained wood fire is the goal rather than a large gathering blaze. Not the right pick for anyone expecting to grill a full meal on it or wanting a fire big enough for a crowd.
Pros and cons
- Spark screen contains embers and lifts off easily to add wood
- Thick steel with high-temperature paint holds up to repeated fires
- Simple four-leg assembly
- Smaller in person than photos suggest
- No drain hole, so rainwater pools and can cause rust
- Not sized for grilling a full meal despite marketing that suggests otherwise
- Assembly instructions were unhelpful for at least one buyer
