Overview
This FUXION listing is a pair of hexagon neoprene-coated dumbbells with a cast iron core, sold as two 3 pound pink pieces for a combined 6 pounds.
The hexagon shape keeps the dumbbells from rolling across the floor, and the neoprene coating over the cast iron core adds grip and a softer edge than bare metal. At 3 pounds each, this pair suits light toning and high-rep work rather than heavy lifting.
- Cast iron core, neoprene coating
- Hexagon non-roll shape
- Sold in pairs (2 pieces)
Who it's for
Buyers wanting light, grippy dumbbells for toning, rehab work, or beginner strength training. Not the choice for anyone progressing into heavier compound lifts.
Pros and cons
- Hexagon shape keeps them from rolling
- Neoprene coating adds grip
- Sold as a matched pair
- 3 pounds each is light for general strength training
- Cast iron core adds weight compared to solid neoprene dumbbells of similar size
Performance notes
The cast iron core gives each dumbbell a consistent weight, while the neoprene shell adds grip in the hand and reduces noise or damage if set down on a hard floor.
