Overview
Not a racing boot or a park skate, this is an urban fitness inline skate with a lighter shell and a V-cut liner for range of motion. Aluminum plates and frames handle power transfer, and a buckle and lace system secures the foot.
Large-size availability is rare in fitness skates, and the liner, footboard sizer and bearings suit commuting and fun skating. The limitation is the weight and the lack of an included brake: an extra axle is supplied for attaching one.
Who it's for
Commuters and recreational skaters who need a large size and a secure closure will use the buckle and cuff. The listing offers an extra axle for brake mounting. Anyone with a smaller foot should look at the regular size range.
Pros and cons
- Large size offered
- Aluminum frame and plates
- Locking cuff buckle
- Spare laces and tools in the box
- Brake needs an axle swap
- Plastic shell material
Performance notes
Wheel diameter and bearing grade decide speed and roll, and the listing names large wheels with Classic Plus bearings. Aluminum plates and a long aluminum frame improve power transfer on pushes. The liner shape and flex tongue allow range of motion at the ankle.
