Overview
The AMYSPORTS QLBZ-W-2-100 is a 100-count pack of size 2 barrel swivels rated to 61 pounds, finished in white. It is built for anglers who need a bulk restock of mid-size swivels for leader and rig building.
A 61-pound rating puts this swivel size in mid-strength territory, suited to inshore or heavier freshwater rigs rather than light finesse leaders or heavy offshore trolling. Buying in a 100-count pack works out cheaper per swivel than smaller counts, which matters if you retie rigs often.
- 100 pieces per pack
- Size 2 swivels
- 61-pound rating
- White finish
Who it's for
Anglers who rig their own leaders and want a bulk supply of mid-strength swivels on hand. Not for anglers needing swivels rated for heavy offshore trolling, which exceeds this 61-pound rating.
Pros and cons
- 100 swivels per pack lowers cost per unit
- 61-pound rating suits mid-strength rigs
- Consistent size 2 sizing
- Not rated for heavy offshore trolling
- White finish more visible than black in clear water
Performance notes
A barrel swivel's job is to stop line twist from a spinning lure or bait from transferring up to the reel, and the 61-pound rating sets the ceiling for how much strain the swivel takes before it becomes the weak point in the rig. At size 2, it sits in the middle of the swivel size range rather than at the light or heavy end.
