Overview
Loading bulky bedding or a week of towels is what the Samsung front load washer is sized for, with a stainless drum and knob and button controls. Vibration reduction steadies high spins, and a Self Clean cycle helps limit drum odors.
Large capacity in a closet depth body fits busy households in tight laundry rooms. The feature set is basic, with no steam or app control in the listing.
Who it's for
Households doing many loads a week get fewer runs with the large drum. People who want connected features or sanitizing steam should look at higher trims.
Pros and cons
- Large drum for fewer loads
- Self Clean cycle
- ENERGY STAR certified
- Closet depth fit
- No steam listed
- No Wi-Fi listed
- Heavy to move
Performance notes
Cleaning relies on drum tumbling and the chosen temperature, with higher spin speeds pulling more water out before drying. Vibration reduction counters imbalance during fast spins. Using the Self Clean cycle regularly helps prevent musty gaskets.
