Overview
A wooden balance board with a cross shaped base that allows 360 degree wobble, positioned as a middle step between simple rocker boards and round-base wobble boards.
A few buyers found the two difficulty options unclear from the included instructions.
- Cross-base allows 360 degree wobble
- Non-slip textured top surface
- Two stated difficulty options
- Solid wooden platform
Who it's for
Fits people recovering from injury, older adults working on fall prevention, and anyone using a standing desk who wants a low-impact way to stay moving during the day. Less suited to anyone who needs clear instructions without any trial and error.
Pros and cons
- Non-slip textured surface
- Works for physical therapy and standing desk use
- Stores easily on its side
- Corner edge protectors have weak adhesive
- Instructions unclear on the two difficulty options
