Overview
Not a soft multi-ply roll, Cottonelle Ultra Clean is a strong one-ply toilet paper with cleaning ripples that remove residue in one pass. It is septic safe, clog free and unscented, made from plant-based fiber.
Strength from a single sheet and a rippled texture make it a good fit for homes focused on cleaning power and plumbing. Mega rolls reduce changes. The title says a smaller count than the bullets and specs, and the product is listed as discontinued.
Who it's for
Good for families with septic systems who still want a sturdy sheet. People who rank softness first, or want a product they can reorder, should look at a current two-ply line.
Pros and cons
- Strong single-ply sheet
- Rippled texture for cleaning
- Septic safe and clog free
- Unscented and paraben free
- Discontinued by the manufacturer
- Roll count conflicts with the title
- Single ply only
Performance notes
The rippled surface catches residue so fewer sheets are needed. A single strong ply holds together during use but breaks down readily in septic tanks.
