Overview
This Alichino fly box is a small, water-resistant case with a grey foam insert, sized for storing flies, small jigs, or similar tackle in a fly fishing kit.
The listing data is thin, with water resistance as the only stated spec, so buyers should check the product photos for exact dimensions and foam slot count before ordering. Foam-insert boxes like this are typically meant to hold flies in place by the hook point rather than loose in a compartment.
- Water-resistant case
- Grey foam insert
- Compact small-box sizing
- Suited to flies or small ice jigs
Who it's for
Fits fly anglers who want a compact, water-resistant box to organize flies or small ice jigs in a vest or pack. Not a fit for anyone needing a large-capacity box for a full fly collection, given the small sizing noted in the title.
Pros and cons
- Foam insert keeps flies separated by hook point
- Compact size for a vest or pack pocket
- Small size limits total fly capacity
- Listing provides very limited spec detail
Performance notes
The foam insert is designed to hold flies by the hook point so they stay separated and do not tangle inside the box. The water-resistant build is meant to protect flies from moisture if the box gets splashed or dropped in shallow water during a day out.
