Overview
A wearable infrared sauna blanket that wraps the body in carbon fiber heating panels, adjustable across 9 temperature levels from 95F to 176F. It is aimed at home wellness routines rather than a built-in cabin sauna.
The 71 by 36 inch blanket is sized to cover most adult body types, and the low-EMF carbon fiber panels sit inside a waterproof PU and PVC shell that wipes clean rather than needing a wash. Lifepro includes five disposable thermal wraps to go between skin and blanket, plus a cotton towel and carry bag, so a first session does not require buying separate consumables. Expect a genuine warm-up period: the company states 5 to 10 minutes before you feel heat and up to 10 to 15 minutes to reach the temperature you set, which is normal for carbon fiber infrared and not a defect.
- 71 by 36 inch full-body coverage
- 9 temperature levels, 95F-176F
- Waterproof PU/PVC shell wipes clean
- Includes 5 disposable thermal wraps and carry bag
Who it's for
People building an at-home recovery or relaxation routine who want infrared heat without installing a cabin sauna. Less suited to anyone wanting heat the moment they switch it on, since this design warms up gradually by intent.
Pros and cons
- 9 adjustable heat levels from 95F to 176F
- Low-EMF carbon fiber panels
- Auto shut-off and 5-60 minute timer
- Wipes clean, no machine washing needed
- Takes 10-15 minutes to reach full temperature
- Disposable thermal wraps will need restocking
Performance notes
Far infrared heat from the carbon fiber panels penetrates the body rather than just warming the surrounding air, which is the mechanism behind the full-body warmth Lifepro describes. The 9-level dial and 5 to 60 minute timer give control over both intensity and session length, and an auto shut-off is built in so a session can't run unattended indefinitely. Because the panels heat gradually, temperature accuracy improves the longer a session runs rather than at switch-on.
