Overview
Putting greens and Sunday rounds are where this vented mallet works, with a stainless head on an aluminum sole plate. The Bird shape frames the ball, and a steel shaft and pistol grip complete it.
Mallet stability with a cutaway design gives alignment help without a huge head. The hosel and toe hang are not given, so stroke fit is uncertain.
Who it's for
Golfers who want help keeping the face square suit this mallet. Blade loyalists and left handed players should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Stable mallet head
- Vented shape aids alignment
- Aluminum sole plate
- Hosel type not listed
- Right hand only
Performance notes
Venting pushes mass to the perimeter for stability on mishits. A lighter aluminum sole frees weight for the head's edges. The insert shapes sound and feel at impact.
