Overview
Four stacked foam layers under a quilted polyester cover form this MAXYOYO Japanese floor mattress, which comes in a moon and star pattern. It folds up for storage, and the set adds straps plus a carry bag.
A foldable floor mattress that doubles as a camping mat or topper is the reason to buy, and the layered foam is meant to relieve pressure. The limitation is thickness, which suits floor sleeping better than a replacement for a bed.
Who it's for
Guests, campers and floor sleepers who want a pad that folds into a storage bag will find it easy to move. People wanting deep cushioning for a bed frame should look at a different mattress.
Pros and cons
- Four foam layers
- Folds into a storage bag
- Straps and cover included
- Breathable, per the features
- Thin for a primary bed
- Spot cleaning only
- Style listed as decorative
Performance notes
The foam layers stack from a high-density base to a comfort foam top, and the pillow top adds surface cushioning. Because the pad is thin, the surface underneath shapes how firm it feels, and straps hold it rolled or folded. The cover is polyester and is cleaned with a damp cloth or soft brush.
