TXY Digital Hanging Fish Scale 110 lb

Overview

Weighing about 0.16 kg, the TXY 84542 is a compact fish scale built from metal and stainless steel components, sold as a single unit for the tackle bag. It suits anglers who want something small and durable rather than a bulkier platform scale.

At roughly 0.16 kilograms, it is light enough to clip onto a tackle bag or vest without adding noticeable weight, and the stainless steel components should hold up against the rust that plain steel scales develop after repeated wet use. The listing does not specify a maximum weight capacity, spring versus digital mechanism, or display type, so those details are worth confirming before buying if precision at a specific weight range matters to you.

• Metal and stainless steel build
• About 0.16 kg weight
• Sold as 1 unit
• Compact for tackle bag carry

Who it's for

Anglers who want a small, metal fish scale to carry along rather than weigh catch at home. Fine for a casual read on the water, though the missing capacity spec means it may not suit anglers targeting larger fish who need a confirmed upper limit.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

Stainless steel resists the surface rust that plain steel scales develop after repeated exposure to lake or saltwater, which matters for a tool that typically lives in a wet tackle bag rather than a dry drawer.
