Overview
A purse, backpack or jacket pocket is where this pen-sized stun gun is meant to ride, held by a metal clip. It charges through a micro USB port with the included cord, and an indicator light reports the battery state.
The shape is the selling point: it looks like a pen and is small enough to stay concealed. The limit is that the only performance number is a volt rating, with no output current, runtime or size measurements given.
Who it's for
People who prefer a discreet carry item over a bulky stun gun can clip it on and charge it with a phone cable type connection. A buyer who wants a flashlight or listed runtime figures should look at another model.
Pros and cons
- Pen-sized and easy to conceal
- Metal clip for bag or pocket
- USB rechargeable with cord included
- Battery indicator light
- No flashlight listed
- Runtime and charge time not listed
- Dimensions and weight not given
Performance notes
A stun pen works by contact, and its readiness depends on a charged battery, which is what the indicator light is for. The listing mentions a test fire that can deter an attacker before contact, but gives no figures beyond the volt rating. Recharging uses the supplied cord.
