Overview
This NPGLOBAL RVS-Pumpkin softener is a single-tank, 16,000 grain portable unit built around 3/4 inch GHT garden-hose fittings, aimed at RVs, trailers, boats, and mobile washing setups rather than a fixed home line.
NPGLOBAL leans on the regeneration numbers: table salt, roughly 30 minutes to regenerate, and water ready again in four to six minutes.
- 16,000 grain capacity with 3/4 inch GHT fittings
- Regenerates on table salt in about 30 minutes
- NSF certified food-grade resin
- Lifetime limited warranty
Who it's for
Campers and trailer owners moving between different water sources, plus mobile car wash and pressure washing operators who need to protect fittings and glass from spotting. Homeowners wanting a permanent whole-house fix should look at a stationary system instead.
Pros and cons
- Regeneration frequency varies a lot with source water hardness
- Portable single-tank format, not a whole-house fix
Performance notes
Like other resin-based softeners, it exchanges calcium and magnesium ions for sodium as water passes through, and NPGLOBAL rates the resin as NSF certified food grade.
