Who it's for
Anglers looking for a general purpose swivel who are comfortable buying without a stated pack count or strength rating listed. Anyone who needs a specific line rating or piece count confirmed before purchase should look for a listing with that detail spelled out.
Pros and cons
- Functions as a basic line twist connector
- Simple swivel format familiar to most anglers
- No material, size or pack count listed in the specifications
- Line rating not specified
Performance notes
A swivel's job is to rotate freely under load so twist introduced by a spinning lure or current does not transfer up into the mainline. How well any individual swivel does that comes down to bearing quality and material, neither of which is specified here.
