Overview
Not a smooth, flat sheet, Charmin Ultra Strong uses a diamond weave texture woven like a washcloth to scrub clean. Family Mega Rolls stretch time between changes, and the paper is clog-safe and septic-safe.
Strength when wet is the reason to choose it, with a deeper texture that cleans while staying soft. Very large rolls mean fewer trips to restock. The case is bulky, so storage matters.
Who it's for
Families who go through a lot of paper get strong, long-lasting rolls. Singles in small spaces may prefer a smaller pack.
Pros and cons
- Strong when wet
- Diamond weave texture
- Clog-safe and septic-safe
- Huge rolls, fewer changes
- Bulky case to store
- Family Mega rolls may not fit small holders
- Texture not as smooth as plush rolls
Performance notes
The diamond weave gives the sheet grip, which governs how well it cleans without tearing. Wet strength comes from the two-ply build. Septic-safe fibers break down in tanks.
