Overview
The HelloBaby HB32 is a wireless baby monitor with 720p video and Night Color night vision, running on corded electric power rather than battery alone.
The Night Color feature sets it apart from monitors that show plain black and white infrared footage after dark, keeping some color detail visible at night. Wireless video paired with corded power reflects a typical nursery setup, plugged in near the crib.
- 720p resolution
- Night Color night vision
- Wireless connectivity
- Corded electric power
Who it's for
Suits parents wanting a wireless video monitor with 720p resolution and color night vision for a fixed nursery setup. Not ideal if you want a fully battery-powered, portable unit, since this one relies on corded power.
Pros and cons
- 720p video resolution
- Color night vision instead of plain infrared
- Wireless video connectivity
- Corded electric power limits placement to near an outlet
- Listed item weight looks inconsistent with a full monitor unit, so confirm on the listing
Performance notes
The Night Color night vision mode is designed to preserve some color in low light rather than switching entirely to grayscale infrared, which can make it easier to judge a baby's position and blanket coverage in a dim room.
