Overview
Strumming at the pool, beach or in a classroom is the Waterman's job, built entirely from ABS composite so splashes and sand wipe away. Geared tuners and Aquila strings help it stay in tune between songs.
Durability and easy cleaning make it a carefree uke for outdoor trips and shared school sets. Its sound is brighter and thinner than a wooden instrument.
Who it's for
Families, campers and school programs that need a rugged, easy-clean uke. Players who value tone over toughness should buy wood.
Pros and cons
- Water-ready ABS body
- Wipes clean fast
- Geared tuners hold pitch
- Tote bag included
- Finish color listed two ways
- Small soprano size
Performance notes
A sealed plastic body does not swell or crack with moisture, so tuning stays steadier outdoors. Open gear tuners turn more precisely than friction pegs, which governs how easily it holds pitch.
