Overview
At 38.7 pounds, the Graco 00524-701 changing table is built from wood as a fixed nursery piece rather than a portable pad. Its solid build and weight point to a stationary unit meant to stay put once assembled.
At nearly 39 pounds, this is a furniture grade changing table rather than a lightweight foldable pad, which typically means sturdier support during changes but a harder piece to move or relocate once set up. The listing does not specify dimensions or storage shelving, so buyers should confirm those details fit their nursery layout before ordering.

Who it's for
Fits parents who want a permanent, solid wood changing table as a nursery centerpiece rather than a fold away pad. Not the right choice for parents who need something portable for travel or a small space.
Pros and cons
- Solid wood build suited to daily nursery use
- Sturdy weight limits wobble during changes
- Not portable given the wood construction and weight
- Dimensions and storage details not listed here
Performance notes
At 38.7 pounds, the wood construction should hold up to daily changing use without the wobble that lighter units sometimes have. The listing does not detail height, shelving, or whether a changing pad is included, so those specifics need to be checked on the full product page.
