Overview
A boxing reflex training set from Dermasy that includes a headband and reflex balls, sold as a set of 4 balls with a cotton headband component.
The 4 balls detail in the color field indicates multiple reflex balls ship together rather than a single ball, useful since these balls wear out or get misplaced with regular use. The cotton headband holds a ball out in front of the face for hand-eye coordination drills.
- Set of 4 reflex balls included
- Cotton headband component
- Designed for reaction and hand-eye drills
- Compact, home-usable setup
Who it's for
Suits boxers and combat-sports trainees working on reaction speed and punch accuracy at home. Not intended as a standalone punching bag replacement for power training.
Pros and cons
- Includes 4 reflex balls, so spares are on hand
- Headband design keeps the ball at a fixed training distance
- Cotton headband may need replacing with heavy sweat use
- Not a substitute for a punching bag or pads
Performance notes
The headband keeps the ball at a consistent distance in front of the face so rebounds come back predictably, and having 4 balls in the set means a worn or lost ball does not stop training.
