Overview
Mary Ruth's chlorophyll comes as a small 2 fluid ounce liquid drop bottle, a vegan formulation meant to be added dropper-style to water or drinks rather than swallowed as a capsule or tablet.
The 2 fluid ounce size is small compared to bulk liquid supplements, positioning it as a concentrated drop product where a few drops per serving go a long way, rather than a drink-it-straight bottle. No serving size or drops-per-dose figure is given in the listing data, so exact daily use should be checked on the label.
- 2 fluid ounce bottle
- Liquid drop chlorophyll
- Vegan formulation
Who it's for
Fits someone who wants a liquid chlorophyll drop to add to water rather than a capsule or tablet form. Not ideal for someone who wants a large bulk bottle, since 2 fluid ounces is a small quantity.
Pros and cons
- Liquid drop format allows adjustable dosing
- Easy to add to water or drinks
- 2 fl oz is a small quantity that depletes quickly
- No exact serving size or drops-per-dose listed
Performance notes
Liquid drop format lets you adjust the amount added per glass rather than being locked into a fixed capsule dose, though this also means measuring by dropper rather than a pre-set count. The small 2 fluid ounce size means a bottle will run out faster than a larger liquid supplement.
