Overview
Phone owners curious about VR get a lightweight lens box that holds a smartphone up to seven inches and adjusts for eye spacing and focus. Wide-angle lenses turn VR videos and apps into an immersive view.
Low barrier VR from a phone you already own makes it a fun introduction. Picture quality depends entirely on the phone, and the listing gives no warranty.
Who it's for
Casual users and families exploring VR videos will enjoy it. Gamers wanting full VR games need a standalone or PC headset.
Pros and cons
- Fits large phones
- Wide field of view
- Removable, washable eye mask
- Light and portable
- Image quality depends on phone
- No warranty listed
- Remote not in box list
- Not a standalone headset
Performance notes
The phone's screen and sensors drive the experience, so resolution and tracking depend on the phone. Lens adjustments for pupil and object distance sharpen the image, and people with myopia can adjust focus. Wide lenses widen the view but magnify screen pixels.
