Overview
The MAU 73 inch cat tree is a floor to near ceiling scratching tower built for large cats and multi cat households, combining a tall climbing structure with an integrated scratching post design and a modern look meant to fit a living room rather than hide in a corner.
MAU markets this as a condo style tower, but beyond the 73 inch height and the model tag, no material, weight capacity or platform count is specified in the listing data available here, so buyers relying on precise dimensions should confirm with MAU directly before ordering for a specific room.
- 73 inch overall height
- Modern styling for living spaces
- Scratching post integrated into tower
- Designed for large and multiple cats
Who it's for
Owners with large breed cats or more than one cat who want a tall vertical space and a scratching surface in one piece of furniture. It suits homes with room for a floor to near ceiling tower and less those wanting a compact perch.
Pros and cons
- Full floor to near ceiling height
- Built as a scratching post and condo in one
- Sized for large cats and multi cat homes
- No material or weight capacity listed
- Platform count and layout not specified
Performance notes
At 73 inches the tower is meant to give cats a full vertical run from floor to near ceiling height, the main functional draw for large cats that want to climb, perch and survey a room. Because the listing does not specify core material, post wrap type or number of platforms, how it holds up to determined scratching or heavier cats comes down to build details MAU does not spell out here.
