Overview
Parents of a curious older infant get a foldable bouncer with a seat that turns all the way around, surrounded by clip-on toys and a peekaboo sun that lights up and plays music. The height adjusts as the baby grows, and the frame folds flat for storage.
Skip Hop packs a lot of play into a frame that folds away, which matters in a small living room. The rotating seat lets a baby reach toys on every side without help. What the listing leaves out is a weight limit and dimensions, so fit is harder to judge.
Who it's for
Suited to a baby past the newborn stage who is ready for seated play and bouncing in the living room. Parents of a newborn should wait or choose a reclined bouncer instead.

Performance notes
Play value comes from the rotating seat, which lets the baby turn toward each toy, and from the clip-on pieces that can be moved to new spots. The lights and music of the peekaboo sun run on batteries. Height adjustment lets the frame grow with the baby.
