Who it's for
Anyone wanting a lightweight, standalone carbon filter pitcher from an established brand. Not the pick if you need documented capacity figures upfront.
Pros and cons
- Lightweight at 1.3 pounds
- Standalone, no installation needed
- Listed capacity and dimensions in the spec data look inconsistent
- Carbon filtration doesn't address dissolved solids
Performance notes
Like other pitcher filters, it works by gravity: water poured into the top reservoir filters through the activated carbon cartridge into the lower chamber. Carbon filtration targets chlorine taste and odor rather than dissolved minerals.
