Sunlit Super 50/50 Organic Chlorella Spirulina Tablets

Overview

Sunlit's Super 50/50 tablets combine organic chlorella and spirulina in equal measure, sold as a 500-tablet bottle marketed for immune, gut health, mood and energy support through its chlorophyll and amino acid content.

Chlorella and spirulina are both algae-based greens supplements, and combining them in a 50/50 ratio is a common approach since chlorella contributes chlorophyll and fiber while spirulina contributes protein and pigments. The 500-tablet count is large for this category, pointing to a multi-tablet serving size typical of algae tablets given how little each one weighs.

• 50/50 organic chlorella and spirulina blend
• 500 tablets per bottle
• Source of chlorophyll and amino acids
• Marketed for immune, gut and energy support

Who it's for

Suits people wanting an algae-based greens supplement in tablet form rather than powder, particularly those already comfortable taking multiple tablets per serving since chlorella and spirulina tablets are typically small.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

Chlorella and spirulina tablets are typically small and low-dose individually, so algae supplements in this format usually require several tablets per serving to reach a meaningful gram amount, consistent with the large 500-tablet count here. The organic sourcing and vegan protein content are the main draws over non-organic greens tablets.
