Overview
Home sellers and small shops get a thermal shipping printer that handles full-size carrier labels and smaller barcode tags from a phone app or a computer. Nothing needs ink, and widths cover many label types.
Bluetooth plus USB support for every major desktop system makes it easy to slot into an existing setup. Output is black only, and the listed speeds vary between bullets and specs.
Who it's for
Resellers and small businesses printing carrier labels daily get fast, inkless output from phone or PC. Anyone needing printed color must buy pre-colored label stock or a color printer.
Pros and cons
- Prints full-size shipping labels
- Wide label width range
- Phone and computer printing
- Linux and Chrome OS supported
- Black output only
- Driver download needed for PC
- Speed figures conflict
- Bulkier than mini label makers
Performance notes
Print quality depends on the thermal head and on using genuine thermal labels, which resist fading and smudging. Speed is highest on standard shipping labels, and wireless jobs take longer to transfer than USB.
