Overview
Atarvana's cardio drumming set pairs an anti-burst stability ball rated to 440 pounds with a pair of 3.2 ounce drumsticks and a hand pump, built for cardio drumming, Pilates and balance work at home or in a studio class.
Cardio drumming uses the ball itself as a drum pad, so this set is built for that specific routine rather than being a plain stability ball with sticks tossed in. Owner feedback makes clear the ball is the stronger half of the pairing, while the drumsticks are where the corners were cut.
- Anti-burst PVC ball rated to 440 lbs
- Textured non-slip surface strips
- 3.2 oz cardio drumming sticks
- Hand pump included
