Overview
Not an LED backlit set, this LG OLED lights every pixel on its own for true blacks and deep contrast on a huge screen. Four full speed HDMI ports, fast response and variable refresh make it a strong console partner.
OLED contrast and serious gaming support suit both dark room films and next generation consoles. The size and weight need careful planning for placement or wall mounting.
Who it's for
Home theaters and big living rooms get cinema contrast and smooth gaming. Bright, sunlit rooms or tight budgets of space suit smaller or LED sets.
Pros and cons
- Self lit OLED contrast
- Fast refresh and response
- Four full speed HDMI ports
- Dolby Vision and Atmos
- Stand not listed in box
- Glossy screen can reflect windows
Performance notes
Each pixel switches off for black, so contrast stays deep beside bright highlights without halos. A glossy finish boosts perceived contrast but shows reflections in bright rooms.
