Overview
A plastic-bodied wireless door sensor and receiver kit built for toddler, elderly and small business entry alerts, with a longer 600 foot claimed range than most chimes in this category.
Satisure pitches the same core idea as its other door chimes, a magnetic sensor that sticks to a door or window frame and a plug-in receiver that sounds when it opens, but pushes the range to 600 feet and adds a memory function that keeps your chosen tune after the receiver is unplugged.
- 600 ft claimed wireless range
- 58 chimes, 5 volume levels
- Memory function saves your tune
- Expandable to 58 sensors or receivers
Who it's for
Suits a parent watching for a toddler slipping out of a bedroom, a family monitoring a relative with dementia, or a shop owner who wants an entry chime that reaches through a larger building. Not the pick for anyone wanting a smart, app-connected system.
Pros and cons
- 600 ft rated range, longer than most chimes in this class
- Memory function retains chime choice after unplugging
- Expandable to up to 58 sensors or receivers
- Adhesive mount needs no drilling
- Plastic housing, not built for heavy outdoor exposure
- Adhesive mount may need reapplying over time
- No motion detection, contact only
Performance notes
The sensor and receiver come pre-paired, installation is peeling the adhesive backing and sticking the sensor to a door, window frame or patio slider, then plugging the receiver into an outlet. Satisure specs a 600 foot range able to pass through walls, 58 chimes across 5 volume levels from 0 to 110dB, and a memory function that saves the selected tune through a power cycle. The kit is expandable to up to 58 paired sensors or receivers for covering multiple doors.
